Fronts are a very important element of each piece of furniture. They must not only be aesthetic, but also resistant to mechanical damage or the harmful effects of high temperatures and water. There is no room for mediocrity here, which is why we decided to produce furniture fronts on our own. We offer straight, bent, smooth and milled fronts. When it comes to milling, you will find an extremely rich catalog of patterns, and we are also open to any individual suggestions from the client. Advanced machines at our disposal are able to perform even the most complex milling with the greatest precision.
The offer of the Meblotex brand includes fronts in modern styles – Scandinavian or New York, as well as classic fronts – French, vintage, rustic, etc., in matt, semi-matt and glossy versions. You will find a similarly wide selection among 3D panels – also here there is a multitude of patterns, colors and milling. 3D panels can be used not only as a room decoration (stand alone, or as a background for pictures or TV), but also a great way to mask a radiator, wall defects or soundproofing. 2. SALE, CUTTING AND VENEERING FURNITURE BOARDS
Another service that our clients eagerly use is the sale, cutting and veneering of furniture boards. We perform rectilinear and curvilinear processing of plates using extremely technologically advanced CNC machines that work under the supervision of our specialists. Importantly, the cuts are extremely precise and the amount of waste is limited to the necessary minimum.
A similarly advanced process takes place during edge banding. The glued edge is always milled beforehand, thanks to which we have a guarantee that the gluing will be even and precise. In addition, as a result of the use of the highest quality raw materials, the edges are highly resistant to mechanical damage, negative effects of high temperature and water – this is very important, especially in the case of kitchen and bathroom furniture. In addition, we offer a choice of different edge thicknesses (depending on the selected material).
